Kinetic Huez

SO I am here to talk to you about a local Denver artist who makes lots of creative things from multimedia art to UV jewerly. They are a cat and plant lover who enjoys going to EDM shows. Kay is the magic behind Kinetic Huez.

When beginning our discussion they told me how Kinetic Huez came to be what it is today.

"Kinetic means movement and huez means color. My work is very colorful and I'm usually up moving around a lot while I'm making it. Seemed like the perfect name." Kay shared.

Kay hopes to continue to grow her business.

"I am trying to get into the vending world" Kay said as she described next steps for her brand.

It's the perfect time to support a local business! Don't give all your money to big corporations who won't take the same love and care as a local vendor would.

Kay and I began discussing her best advice to give the world.

"As cheesy as it sounds really lean into your authentic self and don't try to push back on it." Kay smiling as she told me this.

You guys know I absolutley LOVED this advice and wanted to hear more from Kay about what it means to be authentically yourself.

"I'm telling you as someone who was not being themselves, it's so much better when you're actually leading from what you love and care about rather than other people's expectations" Kay shared with me.

I love that Kay was her authentic self with me and that they also encourage people to be 100% who they are.

It is such a beautiful thing to uplift one another by loving people for they are. I wish more of us embraced who we were fully and take the leap.

Maybe people won't like you and that's fine, good riddens! It makes more room for those who will love you.
